He is a Registered Marketing Professional and a host/producer of two podcast shows. He has also been a resource speaker for social media marketing and brand management for the past 3 years.
Jim is a big movie fan and a binge-watcher in his free time. He indulges himself in every savory new food place in his town offers and helps them boost their awareness with his reviews and recommendations on his socials.
Jim strongly believes that you don’t have to get ready if you always stay ready. Also, if people are not paying your bills or bringing food to the table, pay them no mind.
Jim always strives for perfection and elevates the expectations set on him. Jim believes in the power of communication that’s why he loves making a connection with everyone in the corporate world. Jim instills that in marketing, you may have to underpromise sometimes but overdeliver in the end.

Richard is a fourteen-year growth hacker and digital marketing veteran, having profitably bootstrapped Emerge and grew his team to more than 20 people.
He has a strong passion to help others succeed, which inspired him to start Emerge. He is a graduate of Bachelor of Science in Information Technology and Google Ads Certified.
He has spent considerable time thinking & developing new approaches to solve the digital marketing challenges facing many companies and organizations today.
He hopes that the strategic framework, unique culture, and a customer-centric approach offered by Emerge will provide essential support for a performance-driven marketing demand for business owners and marketing professionals.
He believed in a servant leadership style that puts his people (Employees, Clients, Partners) first and empowers and guides them to grow and become successful through business systems (EOS®), technology and tools, and continues skills development.

Carissa has been helping clients in creating brand awareness and generate leads using organic and paid digital marketing strategies.
She is a graduate with a Bachelor of Science in Information Technology and has been speaking to different organizations about digital marketing, entrepreneurship, and leadership.
Her mantra is “weekends are sacred”. In her spare time, she loves watching forensic files and criminal investigation documentaries.
Carissa believes in the saying 1% inspiration and 99% perspiration.
Carissa wants to put excellence in everything she does and by doing this, she can contribute to the success of the clients in achieving their growth.
People and Culture Lead
In June 2022, Cielo joined Emerge as a People and Culture Associate. She regulates the organizational culture, learning and development, recruitment, and employee engagement.
Cielo obtained her Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Tarlac State University, where she also finished her professional education requirements. She is now a licensed professional, but she has plans to continue her degree in psychology, focusing on the clinical setting.
In her free time, Cielo enjoys spending time with her cats. Also, as she is an introvert, she makes it a priority to pay attention to what is going on around her and is mindful that she is not turning a blind eye to what is real and happening.
What if one word has the power to alter the world?
Cielo got inspired when Daryl Passion wrote a particular article. Since then, this has been part of her value system. Instead of asking youngsters to dream high,(mangarap nang mataas) let’s encourage them to dream deeply (mangarap nang malalim). She realized that our culture ingrained the idea that we should have high goals rather than aspirations motivated by deep emotions, grit, or the desire for a more progressive country.
Surrounded by people whose mentality and values are aligned with her are Cielo’s crucial factors why she is motivated to deliver the best she can in terms of enriching Emerge’s culture, maintaining professional discretion, and prioritizing the development of Emergians. As a result, each one of them can deliver the needs of clients and customers efficiently and competently.
Chief Financial and Administrative Officer
Rodz has worked for the company for 6 years. Prior to that, she worked as a technical instructor in an aviation school, where she taught math and other disciplines. She has a fascination with numbers since she was in elementary school.
Rodz is a graduate of BS Aviation Electronics Technology. Aside from being the company’s Admin and Finance Officer, she also manages two businesses, a fitness center, and a beauty product retailer.
During her leisure time, she spends it with her kid, playing games on TikTok and watching YouTube videos. She also goes to the gym to oversee the operation while also sweating it out.
Living life on your terms is Rodz’s notion for success. It’s your life, your only life, and it’d be a pity to waste it in an unsuitable manner. You can make your life exactly how you want it to be.
Being with the company for 6 years, Rodz knows well the nooks and crannies of the company culture, as well as Client Processes and Interactions. The Satisfaction and Happiness of the clients drive her to be motivated in her work.

Nesie has been working as a Sales and Marketing Associate at Emerge for almost a year, She previously worked in a leading company in the global relay company industry as a Sales Account Executive. She gained and nurtured her expertise in Sales and Marketing and her tenure in the company.
Nesie graduated from Don Carlo Cavina College of Business and Accountancy with a Bachelor’s Degree in Entrepreneurship
In her leisure time, she loves to play and cuddle with her dog. Aside from that, she also watches Netflix series and movies, and she also loves to learn new recipes to cook.
Her motivational quote came from the movie entitled, The Pursuit of Happyness. She lives for Chris Gardner’s line, “Don’t ever let somebody tell you you can’t do something. You got a dream, you gotta protect it, and if you want something? Go get it! Period!
For Nesie, being in this field could either drain or build you as a person. You have to talk to a whole lot of different people, hear different stories, and face rejection after rejection.
