Jim is a big movie fan and a binge-watcher in his free time. He indulges himself in every savory new food place in his town offers and helps them boost their awareness with his reviews and recommendations on his socials.

Richard is a fourteen-year growth hacker and digital marketing veteran, having profitably bootstrapped Emerge and grew his team to more than 20 people.
He has a strong passion to help others succeed, which inspired him to start Emerge. He is a graduate of Bachelor of Science in Information Technology and Google Ads Certified.
He has spent considerable time thinking & developing new approaches to solve the digital marketing challenges facing many companies and organizations today.

Carissa has been helping clients in creating brand awareness and generate leads using organic and paid digital marketing strategies.
She is a graduate with a Bachelor of Science in Information Technology and has been speaking to different organizations about digital marketing, entrepreneurship, and leadership.
Her mantra is “weekends are sacred”. In her spare time, she loves watching forensic files and criminal investigation documentaries.

Chief Financial and Administrative Officer
Rodz has worked for the company for 6 years. Prior to that, she worked as a technical instructor in an aviation school, where she taught math and other disciplines. She has a fascination with numbers since she was in elementary school.
Rodz is a graduate of BS Aviation Electronics Technology. Aside from being the company’s Admin and Finance Officer, she also manages two businesses, a fitness center, and a beauty product retailer.
During her leisure time, she spends it with her kid, playing games on TikTok and watching YouTube videos. She also goes to the gym to oversee the operation while also sweating it out.

Patrick is a designer with a strong style and has high flexibility to describe his work.
Patrick is a graduate of Bachelor of Science in Information Technology, Major in Animation at Holy Angel University. Patrick is skilled in Graphic Design, Animation, Motion, Graphics, Web Design, Illustration, Videography, Branding, and Identity.
Riding a motorcycle gives Patrick a sense of freedom. He is in total control of the moment, he’s not just riding, there are no set limits to stop him.
Patrick’s mantra, Creativity means inventing, experimenting, growing, taking risks, breaking rules, making mistakes, and having fun.
He developed a set of skills that allows him to strategize, conceptualize, and sell work that performs. He digs through pop culture and plays with ideas all day, aiming to build work that can impact people’s lives.
Sales Team Lead
Nesie has been working as a Sales and Marketing Associate at Emerge for almost a year, She previously worked in a leading company in the global relay company industry as a Sales Account Executive. She gained and nurtured her expertise in Sales and Marketing and her tenure in the company.
Nesie graduated from Don Carlo Cavina College of Business and Accountancy with a Bachelor’s Degree in Entrepreneurship
In her leisure time, she loves to play and cuddle with her dog. Aside from that, she also watches Netflix series and movies, and she also loves to learn new recipes to cook.
Her motivational quote came from the movie entitled, The Pursuit of Happyness. She lives for Chris Gardner’s line, “Don’t ever let somebody tell you you can’t do something. You got a dream, you gotta protect it, and if you want something? Go get it! Period!
For Nesie, being in this field could either drain or build you as a person. You have to talk to a whole lot of different people, hear different stories, and face rejection after rejection. But there’s nothing more rewarding than growing and improving yourself while being a solution to someone else’s problem. Web Dev / IT Lead
Chan has been with the company for two years. He spent his entire career as a web developer building websites for clients and providing technical support to the company.
Chan is a graduate of Bachelor of Science in Information Technology at Central Luzon State University
Chan loves to play the guitar. He also plays MOBA games and watches anime during his free time.

People and Culture Associate
In June 2022, Cielo joined Emerge as a People and Culture Associate. She regulates the organizational culture, learning and development, recruitment, and employee engagement.
Cielo obtained her Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Tarlac State University, where she also finished her professional education requirements. She is now a licensed professional, but she has plans to continue her degree in psychology, focusing on the clinical setting.
In her free time, Cielo enjoys spending time with her cats. Also, as she is an introvert, she makes it a priority to pay attention to what is going on around her and is mindful that she is not turning a blind eye to what is real and happening.
What if one word has the power to alter the world?
Cielo got inspired when Daryl Passion wrote a particular article. Since then, this has been part of her value system. Instead of asking youngsters to dream high,(mangarap nang mataas) let’s encourage them to dream deeply (mangarap nang malalim). She realized that our culture ingrained the idea that we should have high goals rather than aspirations motivated by deep emotions, grit, or the desire for a more progressive country.
Surrounded by people whose mentality and values are aligned with her are Cielo’s crucial factors why she is motivated to deliver the best she can in terms of enriching Emerge’s culture, maintaining professional discretion, and prioritizing the development of Emergians. As a result, each one of them can deliver the needs of clients and customers efficiently and competently.
Paid Ads Specialist
Jane has been actively managing and optimizing Paid Media accounts in the company and is responsible for reaching the target KPIs and goals of the business.
Jane studied at Mindanao State University taking up a BS in Economics. She’s been an active participant in the campus organizations including Bagwis as their editorial cartoonist and serving as Deputy Secretary of Finance in Ecosoc. Jane also garnered certifications in creating, understanding, implementing, and strategizing media ads across media channels.
During her spare time, Jane streams her favorite series and movies, especially those that just got released recently. Apart from that, she read books sometimes, and when Jane’s in the moment to unwind she listens to podcasts. Jane also loves to bond with people she cherishes including family and friends hence mini travels and face times.
Jane believes the more value you add to yourself the more value you can contribute to others. Success is how much value you give to people.
Jane is dedicated to maximizing the company’s profit and giving them their well-deserved ROI. She is results-driven ensuring that with minimal cost she is able to drive desired results.
Brands and Communications Specialist
With a Bachelor’s and Masters Degree on International Studies from Mirriam College, Fenina found her interest in Social Media after consistently coming across it during her studies, realizing its impact and huge relevance to society.
She’s in charge of communicating with clients and the production of their online content, social media plans, management and monitoring of their social media platforms along with analyzing their digital performance. All of which are for the growth of the client’s brand.

In her free time she draws, plays games, watches anime & Korean dramas. She teaches Korean and likes learning languages, Loves seafood, and cannot survive a day without her glass of iced coffee.
“Choose what gives you peace” is a quote she lives by. It reminds her that above all, one should prioritize what helps one sleep soundly and have zero to no worries. Music is one of the many things that inspire her especially if they’re songs by the 1975 or SHINee.

Multimedia Creative Designer
A year and a half have passed since Jaryd joined the agency. He is a Baguio native. Aesthetic designs are a passion of Jaryd. He has a background in video editing and is a self-taught graphic designer.
Jaryd holds a Bachelor’s degree in information technology from Saint Louis University. He also has a background in graphic design as well as social media planning and management.
He plays Computer games like League of Legends (MMORPG). In his free time, Jaryd usually hangs out with his friends.
The details are no details, they make the design, a quote by Charles Eames, is a mantra he believes in every design of his work.
He is motivated to work with great colleagues who have the same passion for designing and handling different situations on creating designs for the necessary tasks.
Multimedia Creative Designer
Jerico is a graduate of Bachelor of Science in Information Technology. He’s the second eldest son in their family and is currently residing in San Fernando, Pampanga.
He is a professional graphic designer with years of experience in the marketing and advertising industries. He learned graphic design during his college years and applied it to upskill his abilities by creating user-friendly online sites, educational videos, creative mood boards, and previous work experiences.
Whenever he is free of workload, Jerico plays video games and edits random content

Jerico is engrossed in achieving goals thru hard work and dedication. The finest thing he can do for the client is to provide the highest quality of work possible.
Multimedia Creative Designer
Jim has been employed by the company for three months. Prior to this position, he worked as a Graphic Designer in the retail and digital marketing industries.
Jim earned his Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology at the University of Pangasinan. He took his internship in a digital and design agency wherein he learned out-of-the-box techniques of Graphic designing usually done for social media, print ads, and websites.
Jim enjoys binge-watching series or movies on Netflix but most of the time, he rarely finishes watching the entire episode. He listens to Spotify, 80% of his work hours – an outlet to release his creative juices, which makes him productive.
Jim believes in the adage, “Creativity is not a talent; it is a way of life.”
Jim had previously been employed in an office-based setting, and this is his first time working in a remote setting. He liked the arrangement since the culture is so adaptive. Working with minimal supervision inspires him to come up with fresh new takes and ideas.
Campaign and Q/A Lead
Content creation and content publishing are founded on the premise that “search” exists because of content.
Gerone studied Communication and is a graduate of Philosophy. In 2018, He was a Managing Editor for FIG Magazine and a Publications Management Supervisor for Ablaze Communication. He writes for Metro Clark Guide, Yummy PH, and Adobo Magazine.
Gerone likes traveling by driving with his secondhand 2015 Toyota Vios, as his leisure activity.
Everyone’s story deserves to be told is what inspires him to write.
Gerone believes that coffee is his ultimate energizer in his work life, but furthermore, he is a firm believer that customers deserve to see the content they search for and it’s his job to provide that content online in every form it can be shared.
Multimedia Creative Designer
Abigail has been with the company for almost a month as Jr. Multimedia Creative Designer. She has a background in social media management, content creation, and photography in her past jobs.
She is a graduate of Communication Arts, Major in Advertising at Colegio de San Juan de Letran Manila. Even before entering college, Abigail had a passion for design and photography. She took her internship in digital advertising, and learned so much about the industry, then, later on, found her interest in Digital Marketing.
In her long free time, Abigail loves to run, ride and hike with friends and family but she also loves to join groups. But most of her spare time, she just loves to go out while enjoying her favorite hobby which is photography.
“The simple things are also the most extraordinary things”, that’s what she believes and also her inspiration in every work she does.
Abigail is driven by a challenge and achieving goals. She always thinks in an amateur but in a professional way so she can’t stop learning. For her, if you are continuously learning, you can provide fresh ideas to the client at their finest.
Community Management Specialist
Kyle has been working at Emerge for a few months. She may be new to the family, but she previously worked as an Associate Editor for a University publication for three years.
Kyle graduated in Bulacan State University with a Bachelor’s degree in Drafting and Digital Graphics Technology. She is a proud member of the University’s Publication elected as an Associate Editor who helped the college in publishing news, magazines and literary prints.
In her spare time, Kyle loves to practice her life in music. making herself busy but stressed free with cooking and food.
Kyle believes that no expectations and no disappointments. Even in the worst times, live your life with joy and be grateful because life goes on.
Everyone wants the finest possible experience, therefore Kyle is always working to give the true customer care that we’ve all been looking for, along with the best engagements.
Paid Ads Specialist
Marco is a paid ads specialist in the company and he has extensive knowledge of optimizing paid media ads, copywriting and content writing.
Marco graduated from Bulacan State University in 2018 with a Bachelor’s Degree in Malikhaing Pagsulat. He was a member of an organization that used to print and perform their literary piece in the university. He is also a member of Sangguniang Kabataan in his barangay. And he is also a youth pastor and currently studying Theology.
During Marco’s spare time, he loves to browse his social media, watching and reading anything connected to BTS, as he considers himself an ARMY. He also teaches kids in the church, and he is a worship leader.
According to Marco, life will throw us a thousand reasons to doubt, but God will always give us infinite reasons to drop that fear, that doubt. All we have to do is to keep the faith.
Marco tends to be a perfectionist, so he’s obsessed with getting his job done perfectly and ensuring that we achieve all KPIs to give our clients satisfaction and an excellent reason to trust us and stay with us.
