Emerge commences 1st Quarter Evaluation, Planning; eyes Metro Manila, Vis-Min expansions
Emerge department heads and members gathered in Baguio City last May 1-2, 2022, for its first quarter evaluation and planning on upcoming strategies and objectives for the remainder of the year and onwards.
Present are graphic designers from the Creatives department: Jim De Vera, Jaryd Luna, Jeza Abigail Sunga, and lead Patrick Orquiola; brand and communications specialists from the Campaign team: Ge Baladhay, Ghera Guanzon, Roland Harold Bacani, Fey Gerero, and brand and strategies lead, Jimmar Merino; Christian Manuel from IT, Ashly Calaguas of Human Resources, Nesie Obiado of Sales and Marketing, with Head of Operations Carissa Coles and Founder / CEO Richard Noromor.
During the evaluation, Richard Noromor highlighted the improvements and growth of the company, evident in the acquisitions of new and bigger clients plus the opening of new departments like Ads / Media Buying and Community Management team.
Discussed by the department heads includes the first quarter evaluations where Campaign and Creatives department exceeded expectations and quarter goals, per members and as a group, new strategies to further improve campaigns for 2022’s remaining quarters, and new certifications for employees.
“The planning was eye-opening; we were able to see into the nooks and crannies of the previous quarter, and lead us to see what improvements we can make in the following quarter up to the annual goal,” Ashly Calaguas pointed out.
Furthermore, Noromor shared plans for the company, especially the expansions of Emerge, not only in the local scene of Pampanga but also in the National Capital Region and other parts of the Philippines.
In addition, multiple offices in Clark and Makati are geared to open, while the central production unit and center of operation will remain in Pampanga.

The team also had a tour of Baguio City’s renowned Heritage Park, Diplomat Hotel, BenCab Museum, City’s Night Market, and the famous flower gardens such as those in Haight Place in Atok, Benguet.
