As a Freelance Jr. Multimedia Designer, you’ll have the freedom to work on your own schedule, but ensure team check-ins and deliverables set by the department head.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handles a minimum of 5 client accounts under EmergeCreative and at least one project under Website
  • Work with big-name brands and strive to produce award-winning creative executions. Collaborate closely with the campaign team, providing feedback on multimedia content directions.
  • Stay ahead of design trends and incorporate them into creative outputs.
  • Develop multimedia assets for social media, digital ads, websites, print, and marketing collaterals.
  • Maintain flexibility in design while ensuring consistency in branding and messaging.
  • Handle internal brand creatives and produce high-impact designs for both Emerge and its clients.
  • Be open to constructive feedback and continuously seek improvement in design quality.
  • Support production aspects of projects from concept to execution.
  • Stay organized, detail-oriented, and deliver high-quality outputs on time.

Qualifications:

  • At least 1 year of experience in Graphic Design (work-related or personal projects).
  • Proficiency in Adobe Premiere, Illustrator, Photoshop, XD, and AfterEffects.
  • Experience in video editing, campaign artwork, social media graphics, and web UI/UX is a plus.
  • Strong branding sense, portfolio development skills, and knowledge of typography & color theory.
  • Ability to adapt and design across multiple platforms, ensuring a cohesive look.

Work Setup & Expectations:

Creation

  • Manage a minimum of 5 client accounts and develop brand messaging, campaign strategies, and digital content.
  • Translate brand campaign strategies into effective creative briefs for content development.
  • Write high-quality, engaging copy for various platforms, including websites, social media, ads, and marketing collaterals.
  • Collaborate with the creative, sales, and development teams to align messaging and content strategies.
  • Oversee pre-production and post-production of multimedia content, including scriptwriting, storyboarding, and voiceovers.

Nurture

  • Monitor clients’ digital presence and online reputation.
  • Keep an eye on competitors’ activities to identify trends and opportunities.
  • Manage customer engagement, including inbox messages, comments, and follower interactions.
  • Oversee post-publishing campaign activities to ensure continued engagement and effectiveness.

Amplification

  • Develop and manage digital media plans to maximize campaign reach.
  • Optimize paid campaigns for better performance and ROI.
  • Prepare client reports and official documents summarizing campaign results.

Metrics & Reporting

  • Provide monthly or end-of-campaign reports with actionable insights for clients.
  • Identify reactive opportunities and proactively recommend content adjustments.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or related fields (preferred but not required).
  • At least 1 year of copywriting experience in marketing, advertising, or digital content creation.
  • Proficiency in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides, etc.).
  • Strong understanding of content marketing and brand positioning.
  • Excellent writing, grammar, and analytical skills.

Additional Requirements

  • Use a reliable PC or laptop (Intel i5 or higher) or a Mac OS device with at least 8GB RAM (16GB recommended for better performance).
  • A stable internet connection at home is required (Minimum: 60 Mbps download, 40 Mbps upload; preferably 100 Mbps or higher).
  • Work from an assigned office based on a hybrid schedule. (2x a month)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement marketing strategies to achieve business goals, such as lead generation and revenue growth.
  • Analyze campaign performance metrics like conversion rates and cost per acquisition.
  • Research keywords and competitors to guide paid search and SEO strategies.
  • Collaborate with teams to align marketing initiatives with overall business objectives.
  • Launch campaigns with the creative team and report results.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and improve marketing practices.
  • Oversee various campaigns on Google Ads, including Search, Shopping, Display, Video, and Discovery, Meta Ads, Microsoft Ads, LinkedIn Ads, TikTok Ads, Grab Ads, FoodPanda Ads, or any advertising platforms.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key advertising platform partners.
  • Coordinate with other departments as the senior point of contact for PPC-related matters.
  • Provide regular reports on departmental KPIs.
  • Maintain professionalism and excellent customer service during client interactions.
  • Ensure the performance marketing team delivers high-quality results.
  • Explore new advertising platforms for clients.
  • Offer PPC expertise during the new client acquisition process.
  • Collaborate closely with Sales and New Business teams for agency growth.
  • Identify cross-selling opportunities within the agency group.

Qualification/Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in performance marketing, with a focus on digital advertising platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, TikTok Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and other advertising platforms.
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis tools, such as Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, Data Studio, Tableau, or similar BI tools.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex information to stakeholders at all levels.
  • Results-oriented mindset with a track record of driving measurable business outcomes through marketing initiatives.
  • Relevant certifications (e.g., Google Ads Certification, Facebook Blueprint Certification) are a plus.
  • Adept in coordinating multiple departments and stakeholders
  • Confident in technical and strategic decision-making

Job Description

  • Conceptualize, design, and deliver graphic design, creative banners, or illustrations related to the Company’s or Clients’ projects to achieve specific objectives.
  • Strategize and create high-quality video content to support the entire customer journey of our client’s customers.
  • Collect and shoot photos and videos from EmergeLocal and its client’s events and activities
  • Utilize visual storytelling in communicating the EmergeLocal and its clients’ brands and products
  • Develop social media campaigns that capitalize on current trends, ideas, and memes while also considering the needs of the company

At Emerge, our Content Production Intern will support the storytelling efforts of our client brands by assisting in the development of engaging, relevant, and strategic content across different formats and platforms. You’ll be part of a dynamic content team where you’ll help bring ideas to life, from brainstorming to supporting in production and publishing.

This internship offers a unique opportunity to get hands-on experience with content creation, brand alignment, and digital engagement, while learning how to use AI tools to support content development.

Key Responsibilities:

Content Creation & Editorial Support

  • Assist in conceptualizing and creating social media posts, basic scripts, captions, blog drafts, infographics, and other digital content.
  • Support in developing and maintaining content calendars and creative briefs aligned with the brand’s tone and strategy.
  • Help draft and revise video scripts, storyboards, or article outlines under guidance.
  • Research content topics, gather supporting materials, and assist in preparing editorial copy or multimedia materials.
